Shipping item back to J&B Computers
Please be sure to pack all cables, accessories, and any additional components that originally came with the item. Use the shipping label with the address provided to you for returning the package.
Once J&B has received the package and inspected the item, the refund will be applied back to the original payment method. This usually takes 2-3 business days to process
J & B guarantees that all new computers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery, and this coverage includes labor costs. For refurbished computers or laptops, the warranty provided is through the original wholesaler, which typically lasts between 1 to 2 years depending on the specific product.
